Definition: Hair grooming, cleansing and modifying products meant for topical application to hair, usually human. They include sprays, bleaches, dyes, conditioners, rinses, shampoos, nutrient lotions, etc.  HAIR DYES and HAIR BLEACHING AGENTS are also available
