Definition: White blood cells. These include granular leukocytes (BASOPHILS; EOSINOPHILS; and NEUTROPHILS) as well as non-granular leukocytes (LYMPHOCYTES and MONOCYTES).  decrease in no. of leukocytes: consider LEUKOPENIA; increase in number of leukocytes: consider LEUKOCYTOSIS; CELL MIGRATION ASSAYS, LEUKOCYTE is available
