Definition: A cystic dilation of the EPIDIDYMIS, usually in the head portion (caput epididymis). The cyst fluid contains dead SPERMATOZOA and can be easily differentiated from TESTICULAR HYDROCELE and other testicular lesions.      Other names Spermatoceles; Epididymal Cysts; Cysts, Epididymal; Cyst, Epididymal; Epididymal Cyst
