Glucan 1,3-beta-Glucosidase

Definition: An exocellulase with specificity for 1,3-beta-D-glucasidic linkages. It catalyzes hydrolysis of beta-D-glucose units from the non-reducing ends of 1,3-beta-D-glucans, releasing GLUCOSE.      Other names beta-D-Glucosidase, Exo-1,3; Glucan 1,3 beta Glucosidase; Exo 1,3 beta D Glucosidase; Beta 1,3 Glucanase Type II; 1,3-beta-Glucosidase, Glucan; 1,3 beta Glucanase; Exo-1,3 beta-D-Glucosidase; Beta-1,3-Glucanase Type II; 1,3-beta-Glucanase
