Methylenetetrahydrofolate Dehydrogenase (NAD+)

Definition: A NAD-dependent oxidoreductase that catalyzes the conversion of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate to 5,10-methenyl-tetrahdyrofolate. It has been found in a variety of microorganisms.  do not confuse with METHYLENETETRAHYDROFOLATE DEHYDROGENASE (NADP)    Other names 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate:NAD Oxidoreductase; Oxidoreductase, 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate:NAD; NADH Dependent 5,10 Methylenetetrahydrofolate Redu; 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase, NADH-Dep; 5,10 Methylenetetrahydrofolate:NAD Oxidoreductase; NADH-Dependent 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate Redu; Methylenetetrahydrofolate Dehydrogenase (NAD); 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate-Reductase (NADH)
