Definition: The aperture in the iris through which light passes.  of eye: do not use for STUDENTS; only contraction & dilation of pupil go here: everything else is probably IRIS; /drug eff: consider also MIOTICS & MYDRIATICS; /physiol: consider also MIOSIS (contraction of pupil) & MYDRIASIS (dilation of pupil)
