RNA-Binding Protein EWS

Definition: A ubiquitous hnRNP protein found in the CELL NUCLEUS and the CYTOPLASM. Translocations that result in the formation of fusion proteins containing parts of RNA-binding protein EWS may play a role in neoplastic processes such as EWING SARCOMA.      Other names RNA Binding Protein EWS; Proto-Oncogene Protein, EWS; EWS, RNA-Binding Protein; EWS Proto Oncogene Protein; Ewing Sarcoma Breakpointregion 1 Protein; EWS Proto-Oncogene Protein; EWS Protein
