Peptide-N4-(N-acetyl-beta-glucosaminyl) Asparagine Amidase

Definition: An amidohydrolase that removes intact asparagine-linked oligosaccharide chains from glycoproteins. It requires the presence of more than two amino-acid residues in the substrate for activity.
