Chemokine CCL17

Definition: A CC-type chemokine that is found at high levels in the THYMUS and has specificity for CCR4 RECEPTORS. It is synthesized by DENDRITIC CELLS; ENDOTHELIAL CELLS; KERATINOCYTES; and FIBROBLASTS.      Other names Thymus and Activation Regulated Chemokine; Chemokine, TARC; Chemokine, CCL17; CCL17, Chemokine; Thymus and Activation-Regulated Chemokine; TARC Chemokine; CCL17 Chemokine
