Carbamoyl-Phosphate Synthase (Glutamine-Hydrolyzing)

Definition: An enzyme that catalyzes the formation of carbamoyl phosphate from ATP, carbon dioxide, and glutamine. This enzyme is important in the de novo biosynthesis of pyrimidines.
