Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4

More information in Books or onNLM PubMed
Definition: Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 is a key regulator of G1 PHASE of the CELL CYCLE. It partners with CYCLIN D to phosphorylate RETINOBLASTOMA PROTEIN. CDK4 activity is inhibited by CYCLIN-DEPENDENT KINASE INHIBITOR P16.      Other names p34PSK J3 Kinase; Protein Kinase, Cdk4; PSK J3 Kinase; Cyclin-Dependent Kinase, Cdk4; Cyclin Dependent Kinase 4; Cyclin D Dependent Kinase CDK4; Cdk4 Cyclin Dependent Kinase; p34PSK-J3 Kinase; PSK-J3 Kinase; Cyclin D-Dependent Kinase CDK4; Cell Division Protein Kinase 4; Cdk4 Protein; Cdk4 Cyclin-Dependent Kinase; Cdk4 Protein Kinase
